Infiniti J35 Luxury Crossover Fills the Bill for Large Families

If you're seriously in the market for a 7-passenger luxury ride, Infinit's J35 is worth serious consideration. It's a very refined vehicle with state-of-the-art interior flexibility, roominess, safety and performance features. The J35's 265-horsepower V6 produces a healthy 248 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm. Pair that to the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and you're in for one smooth ride in every type of road condition. Intelligent All-Wheel Drive will certainly be a smart option for many potential buyers.

But it's inside the spacious, versatile interior that the J35 really shines forth.

Second-row seating, which Infiniti says is more accommodating than a Cadillac Escalade, is comfortable for adults. The automaker has ensured that the third-row is easy to access with an innovative rail and pivot system on the right seat that moves the bottom cushion up and out of the way (check out our Short Cut video for a closer look). It will even do so with a child seat strapped in place. There is technically more legroom back there than in the Acura MDX or Audi Q7, but nobody is going to call it roomy even with the second-row slid forward six inches.

Infiniti has come out swinging when it comes to configuring the JX. Shoppers will find leather seats, tri-zone climate control, power rear liftgate, privacy glass, keyless entry, heated seats, bi-xenon headlights, Bluetooth connectivity, full power accessories and more as standard equipment on the base JX FWD (starting at $40,450). But most shoppers will find the average JX tops 50Kstill a lot of value for the dollars, in comparison to competitors.

With a strong value proposition and impeccable showroom manners, this all-new seven-passenger luxury crossover should sell very well. In the Atlanta area, Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta is a popular dealer destination. That makes sense since the Roswell Infiniti has achieved number one status among Infiniti dealers for several years running.
